Sean runs the firm and leads its engineering and delivery. Across 25 years he has led DevOps and engineering teams through multiple venture-backed exits and enterprise acquisitions, including Spyce, an MIT-founded robotic kitchen acquired into the Sweetgreen and Wonder group, as well as ZipRecruiter, Experian CheetahMail, Tower Data, Corvisa, and ShoreTel.
His specialty is robotics and automation for regulated physical environments: robotic food production and GxP-governed lab automation, where a machine on the line has to meet the same safety, validation, and traceability bar as the records around it. It is the same discipline the firm brings to AI, adopt the technology without lowering the standard.
He builds the systems the firm runs on, and the ones we build for clients. When Sibling Dynamics says it runs what it governs, Sean is the reason that is literally true.
